Darrin Landry
Darrin Landry, CRA, OCT-C, has been an ophthalmic photographer since 1990, and was a surgical nurse in the military prior to that. He is the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging at Eyecare Medical Group, where he has been for 22 years. Darrin also served as Chairman of the Board of Education, was an Expert Advisor in the development of certification for OCT for the Ophthalmic Photographers’ Society, and is a Fellow of the OPS. Darrin lectures an average of 30 times a year, and is the author of 3 textbooks on ophthalmic imaging, including the first published textbook on OCT Angiography, as well as over 35 peer reviewed articles. Mr. Landry is the co-founder of Bryson Taylor Inc., an ophthalmic and management consulting firm that contracts with biotech, academic institutions, reading centers, private practices and the pharmaceutical industry in over 14 countries. He has won awards for scientific presentations, images, lectures and articles.

Domenic von Planta
Domenic von Planta is currently CEO of SCHWIND eye-tech-solutions. Before joining SCHWIND in 2018 as COO and Deputy Management Director, Domenic held various international top management positions with industrial and consulting companies, including several assignments in the healthcare and optical sector.
As academic background, the native Swiss holds an MBA degree from INSEAD in France and Singapore as well as a degree in law studies from the University of Basel, Switzerland. Domenic is a multi-lingual communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high interest in technology.
Together with the SCHWIND team and SCHWIND users, Domenic pursues the vision to make a major contribution to laser treatment becoming the first choice for correcting refractive errors. His main goal is to provide eye surgeons with innovative solutions, so that they can offer their patients safe and precise laser eye surgery.
