Our dynamic speaker from OWL's Signature Event at ESCRS is back!  Kay Xander Mellish, an expert on Danish working culture, will do a virtual replay of her thought-provoking presentation in Copenhagen. 

Kay will highlight the egalitarian nature of Denmark - very high taxes, but great social services such as universal healthcare and universal daycare for children - and delve into the irony that, as a percentage, there are fewer Danish women in management in private industry than there are in the US.  We'll discuss why that is and whether it is changing - along with other cultural anomalies.
